Jim grew up in Elizabethtown and graduated from Elizabethtown High School in 1984. He began working in the family Agency in 1986 and earned the C.I.C. designation in 1999. He and his wife, Kathy, live in Elizabethtown and enjoy riding their tandem bicycle.

Cindy has worked in the family agency since 1992. She graduated from Elizabethtown Area High School in 1986 and Millersville University in 1990. Her hobbies include scrapbooking, shopping and interior decorating. She also enjoys traveling, boating and attending Penn State Football games with her husband, Shawn, who is also employed in the agency.

Shawn joined the agency in 2003 after a 15-year career in the printing industry. He graduated from Elizabethtown Area High School in 1985, Central Penn Business School in 1987, and has pursued further education at Penn State University. Shawn enjoys Penn State football, boating, NASCAR and computer games. Shawn lives in Elizabethtown with his wife Cindy.

Rebecca began working in the insurance industry in 1994 and received her agent license in 1997. She joined the agency in 1998. Rebecca earned her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representatives) designation in 1999.
